"Mayer's Mini Leech is a pattern meant to imitate smaller leeches, which can be forgotten in shallower waters. This is a fast pattern to tie, and has great movement in the water. It was originally created for trout, though in this video, I have used heavier hooks and recommend using it when fly fishing for carp.
