Warranty
Our warranty is simple; if it breaks, we'll fix it. If we can't fix it, we'll replace it. We stand by our products, and in the rare event that they malfunction, you can rest assured it will be taken care of. Our warranty covers all factory defects; repair service will cover all incidental damages.
Warranty
Warranty covers all factory defects and equipment failure not caused by misuse. Warranty service may result in simple repair, or replacement. If warranty service is needed, the original, registered owner must contact us for further instructions. Warranty does not cover incidental damages.
Repair
Repair service covers all incidental damages to the product. Customer will be responsible for shipping and repair fees. Registered products will be charged a $30 repair fee for all broken rods and reels. Unregistered products will be charged full repair costs.
Upon purchase of your product, please submit your online warranty registration within 30 days. Unregistered products purchased after 1/1/2011 will be charged full repair fee at the discretion of Allen Fly Fishing.
