The first time I ordered these I loved them! Second time around I ordered exactly what I did the first time however that’s not what I received. Customer service had AJ (who designed the hooks) call me and walk me through what happened. Basically hooks had gotten packaged wrong from what I understood. AJ told me to keep the hooks I received and he’d get me what I ordered sent out. That was 23 days ago. When I sent customer service a email they had no idea what I was talking about and AJ is in New Zealand. All this to say make sure you understand what you are ordering. Hooks are really great however customer service is lacking due to a small staff that does not communicate well.
