Some great hooks! Very sharp and great to tie on!
Since retirement 8 years ago I fly fish 2-3 days a week all year long. I've never had an issue with these hooks. Extremely sharp with great penetration. I've never had a hook break which I can't say about other brands I've used.
These hooks are heavy, durable, sharp... and affordable. Easily the same quality as the best hook brands out there. They also penetrate farther than any barbed hook I've ever used. I'll never tie a hare's ear or pheasant tail on another hook. Great for micro-streamers as well.
Great hooks at a great price. I teach all my classes with Allen Barbless Hooks. Starting a barbless hook revolution now that they are affordable and high quality.
I tye lots of bugs and have found this hook to be the best so far for tyin damsels and small boobie flies. never having to worry about pinchin the barb and having the point break off. The guys that I tye for also are impressed knowing that there strong and sharp.Great Hook, they are also great for Water Boatmen
As good as most hooks out there at a fair price. Strong and sharp. Nice to tie on and not brittle.
Nice looking hooks. Going to use them in an up-coming fly swap.
Nice sharp barbless hook. Free shipping and good price. Why pay more?
These are great hooks. Strong, sharp and barbless.
These hooks are honestly on par with the big brand names. The are really sharp, have consistent finish and are incredibly durable. I love the wide gape and them being barbless. Thanks Allen for keeping fly fishing (and tying affordable) to the average joe.
