For a small fee of $35 whatever needed fixed or replaced, gets fixed or replaced. Pretty good deal all in all.

I had an older mid-level 9ft 6wt and broke the tip off on a Bass. The folks at Allen didn't have the tip because the rod's been discontinued for a couple of years so they asked if it would be okay to send me an entire new rod! I mean, where else can you get that level of customer service?
Unheard of in this day of profits and shareholder excuses! Awesome job, guys! This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back year after year!

I have a discontinued Myth and broke the second section of the rod. I thought for sure I would have to replace the entire rod, but after contacting them through email, I got an immediate response saying they had a extra section in the wharehouse. The replacement piece was shipped to my door step within a couple of days. Great rod and great service!

My son broke his Myth rod and told me it was section 4, actually it was section 3. I received the section I ordered in a flash using a painless warranty process. After realizing I had asked for the wrong section my son called and was sent the piece he needed (I was busy working through some major storm damage). It is clear that customer service and satisfaction is important to Allen Fly Fishing before and after a purchase. I have 2 AFF rods and4 reels. Now lets see the new Trout reels.

High performance Myth blanks, great product (manage to built rod lighter than Hydros). Anyway, if something get wrong you are under cover of one of the best repare/replace service, faster than big brand names.
