I've said it before, & I'll say it again... Why pay more else where for less or the same? Allen beads are great! Durable, they hold color, always happy with every fly Tying material order, every time.

These are excellent beads and are offered at a great price. Allen products are high quality and no one, I mean no one, offers these great prices and free shipping on hooks and beads.
These are great quality. Probably the least expensive you can find, but the sizing is perfect, the quality is incredible and consistent, and the shipping is great. Thanks Allen!
These will get your fly down for sure. Good quality, good finishes. For smaller nymphs you don't really need tungsten, just get a bunch of these.
I live within 10 miles of a very large "Outfitter" retail store. Their prices are high, the stock on hand is all but nonexistent and customer service is questionable. I have ordered several times from Allen and have never run into any of this issues. Allen is a great company to work with selling great products at a great price!
These are quality beads. You can buy just a few and not worry about shipping costs. I have them in all sorts of sizes.
I prefer these to most other beads because I feel as though the sizing is on point. They do not use the standard system, but rather a metric system that offers beads that, in my opinion, just create the perfect size needed. If you're looking for an all-around nymph bead, I use the 2.4mm bead for anything #14 or #16. The 2.8mm is just a little big in my opinion, I'd use if for a beefy #14 or a #12. Then again, I like my beads small!
