Excellent for the price. I use a LOT of beads for my Bouncer Flies and these give the best weight for the size and money, and they corrode much less than the so-called brass beads. The 2.8mm size weighs approximately 2 grains, and the 3.8mm size is about 6 grains. A shrimpBouncer made with 4 of the 2.8mm beads fooled a 21-lb permit in Belize, and the beads were as shiny as new after 5 days in the salt. www.bouncerflies.com
Tied some flies with the chartreuse colored bead head. After 4 hours of fishing a Georgia Mountain Stream the paint/color washed off. Very disappointed.
Very good value, get the fly down to where the fish are. Will be buying more!
