Brass Barbell - Round End

These hold their finish better than any other I've used and are such a great price! I've been using the 4mm size for clousers and I love them. They are made in a way that they secure to the hook very well without a ton of thread. Another great Allen product.

Before I found Allen fly fishing, I would pay $4 for packs of 10 of lead barbell eyes. Sure, they were a bit heavier, but they got all dented up around rocks. Now I get over twice as much for the price, the finish looks good and it is durable. great value here

Smallest sizes have clean construction and perfect weight for small streamers. None better, and certainly no cheaper source.

Good eyes, great finish. Not all the pupils are totally center, but then I'm not fussed, and I'm sure the fish aren't! Great price. I use tons of these and am very happy to find Allen. Great to see they do larger sizes as well!

Great finish. Great machining - even proportions. Great price. Easy to understand sizing as well. The narrowness of the middle of the barbell, and the slick finish drives the thread home and makes for a super tight cinch to the hook. I am stockpiling these eyes! And you guys are here in North Texas! Icing on the cake.

I love how these barbells sit on the hook. I now have other club members using them at our fly tie nights for their flies.
