I only noticed slight differences between Allen and the more expensive brands. Some of the hook points were a little more dull, so I bought a hook sharpener. I will never purchase the higher cost hooks again. Keep up the good work Allen
Only problem you'll encounter with this hook is getting as many as you want when you want them. And you WILL want more.
Why do you keep asking for a review of a product that I keep ordering and ordering. This hook in small sizes is great for midges and small mayflies in a tailwater fishery.
The trout takes the fly and is only released once he is freed from the net.
