I have purchased several of the Allen hooks on several occasions. I have not been disappointed in any of my selections. Just wish they they offered more of the smaller sizes as I tie a lot of 20-22’s. Always looking for barbless hooks. Saltwater hooks are also a great value.

I've used these hooks for several years now in several sizes. I use size 8 and 10 for egg flies for steelhead fishing. They are as sharp as more expensive hooks and I have NEVER had a hook fail on any of the several hundred steelhead I've caught on them. I use smaller sizes for nymphs and caddis larva and have great success on everything from from small native brook trout in New York to large cutts, rainbows, and browns in Yellowstone.

Best price on the market, good tie, haven’t fished them yet, but I don’t expect any problems.

This hook has a wonderful bend and eye style. Many flies do well on this hook. A solid hook for large fish.

Searching for affordable hooks without sacrifice has an answer with the new series of Allen hooks. Eyes are large enough, finish is excellent and shape is on target.

Great multi purpose hook. Not one has bent or broken after 5 days of fishing the newly tied flies.
