    Love Allen hooks. This one is very flexible for dries, nymphs and other terrestrials.

    A good choice for hoppers and stealth bombers. A good substitute for a stinger hook.

    I have used various Allen hooks from the small dry fly hooks to wet nymph as well as the heavier hook for bigger fish. All have performed well when tying and when fishing

    Allen has good hooks at fair prices. Maybe not the very best, but better than all but a few in smaller sizes-- 18 to 22.

    Best hook for the Black Ghost Streamer

    Thanks to Tim from "Trout & Feather" this is the best hook I've tried for the Black Ghost. Has great action in the water...a sure thing on the stocked fish.
