Heavy, sharp, wide gap, black nickel and short shank--who could ask for anything more? Works beautifully in bass jig style flies like my Ugly Baby.
I purchased these hooks for egg and nymph patterns for steelhead and what a great choice. They very strong and extremely sharp.
