Source 5/6 fly reel
Like this reel very much. Paired it with my Heritage 5 weight rod. Great combo! I have caught many sunfish and bass over the past month of use in the three hill country rivers and a pond I fish..

Source reel
Order these to pair with the source 5wt, and a 6wt i had. They worked really well. Mainly trout fish so no monsters that needed to be put on the reel but over all function was great. The drag adjustment was nice and smooth.

Nice Reel
I bought 2 of these reels during the BOGO promotion. I haven't been able to put it though a complete season yet, but so far there is nothing to be disappointed with. The tolerances seem to be very good and the drag is more than enough for a trout reel. I think the closest comparison for this reel is the Orvis Clearwater, which I own, and I prefer the Source over the Orvis. I really don't think you can go wrong with this reel.

Great reel
Ordered the Source reel as a back-up to a much costlier reel. I was very surprised when it arrived. Excellent construction, finish, and feel. Paired it with a 9' 5wt Sage and really enjoyed it's performance. Functioned really well. so well in fact that it still is paired to that rod. Thanks Allen......great reel at an excellent price.

Great Quality !!
Ordered a Source for backup on my Hydrogen nymph rod. Balances perfectly and will replace the Sage I currently use. Very impressed by the quality at a very affordable price. Guess I have to get a Trout II and check out that reel for a 5wt Sage. Thanks Allen

Good value for the dollar
Have not fished it yet, but it looks to be well constructed, relatively light weight, solid drag and construction. Hard to find ay reel in this price category, let alone one this well constructed. Well done Allen on this value priced reel.
